LabTV is a video website that helps turn medical scientists into role models so more students will consider pursuing a career as a medical researcher.

In an effort to continue providing you, the user, with the best experience, LabTV reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of this website from any device will be deemed your conclusive acceptance of these terms and any changes made. If you do not agree with the terms please contact us.

LabTV is a website that can be accessed from any browser or computer medium, including any hand-held device or tablet.

You may create a free account on LabTV. By doing so, you acknowledge that LabTV has the right to record your actions and use that information to improve LabTV and your experience with LabTV. You may ask LabTV to delete your account at any time. By giving LabTV your email address, you are acknowledging that LabTV has the right to contact you. You may unsubscribe from LabTV emails at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that LabTV may not be the owner of the images and/or photographs used on this website. The images and/or photographs are provided by LabTV for a better user experience and are not to be used by you for any other purpose. Any use of the images and/or photographs by you may subject you to claims raised by the owner of these images and/or photographs. Third party rights are preserved.

LabTV has the right to post videos on the LabTV website and its affiliated Youtube site. Any video uploaded to the LabTV website is then owned by LabTV and any other interested party gives up his or her rights to the video, except if there is an existing partnerships previously acknowledged by LabTV. You may not download, change, or destroy any LabTV video without the expressed consent of LabTV.  You may post LabTV videos on other websites by using the native share feature in the LabTV video player, both from this website and LabTV’s Youtube site. You may request that LabTV take down a video but LabTV is not required to comply with your request.

Users may submit videos to LabTV. In submitting a video, you represent that you have all right title and interest to that video, including the right to submit and/or post on the LabTV website. Should any third party infringement action arise from a user submission, the user agrees to indemnify LabTV from any resulting damages.

All videos on the LabTV website can be shared. Should a user share a video, they acknowledge and agree not to alter the video in any way that would modify the substantive meaning of the video.
In addition to our efforts to bring awareness to science and young medical researchers through our short mini-documentaries, LabTV invites generous donors the opportunity to be a Memorial Sponsor by honoring someone they may have lost while also inspiring the next generation of medical scientists. As a Memorial Sponsor you can provide information on our website customvideotributes.com about the person you would like to honor and LabTV will attach your tribute to a short mini-documentary of your choosing.

Any and all information provided for the Tribute will be subject to our Privacy Policy. By submitting any information about yourself or the person you wish to honor, you represent that you have the authority to provide such information and grant all necessary rights and licenses to LabTV to use such information in your tribute.
